Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing - Rocky-Coaster Single Race with Amigo

Here is the second video that I've recorded last weekend (from the upload date of this footage). At some point, to be somewhat fair in character usage quantity, I was considering to use the Mii character on this course instead of Amigo, but I figured it was best to stick with the original plan as it provides one instance of showing the same character used for three of the tracks based on the same franchise. He also is very suited for the course's design, and it'd be best to honor him as he is my favorite Sega character, and the reason I considered purchasing this title in the first place. Rocky-Coaster is a course, like the other two Samba De Amigo tracks in the game, that is straight-forward, having no alternative pathways to take (at least as far as I know of). The weaving path of the wood-boarded road provides a vast amount of opportunities for turbo boosts from drifting (especially at the skeletal tunnel portion, a bit meancing for the kid-friendly standard of the Samba De Amigo games and not really based on much from them except during an E-rank on the special "colorful vortex" stages, which could be drifted and turbo-boosted all the way through with proper technique). There are two sets of three star pinatas/balloons that float up and down just beyond the skeletal tunnel, but paying attention to where they would be when the character arrives would help to avoid them (and using a power-up against them if possible). Towards the end of the track, there are a couple of <b>...</b>

Whoo hoo! I only have seven more of these videos to go, and I'm planning to try to upload a video every week starting February (especially since the workload for college is somewhat lighter now). I recorded another Single Race video the same day as this Rokkaku Hill one, but I think I'll upload it during the weekend when I'm less busy. Rokkaku Hill is a course that offers plenty of turns and choice of paths to take within the circuit. It doesn't seem to highly matter which side of the divisions (being beams in the parking lot-like setting and a long curb after the first large jump) is taken at the start, but it is possible to drive over the curb without slowdown or crashing. Drifting afterward can be tricky, as there's are small jumps formed by ruined road, but doing so after the first one (past sand) will make it possible to build up a turbo level or two. One can get an item capsule and use either turbo boost on the sides of the road simultaneously, but there's a sharp turn leading to a unleveled, twisted road shortly after them. Once in the tunnel, the two possible paths to take are the subway rails (leading to a few turbo boosts and a curving path to the finish) and a hidden parking spot on the precieved right side of the road (this is the shortcut in this area). There are two possible paths to take in the parking lot, a frontal one where a lot of short turns are to be overcome to reach the main road of it, or a back one that leads straight to the main road of it just <b>...</b>
